The staff at this facility were friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable with two pillows for each person as well as an extra blanket in the closet if needed. I really appreciate a hotel that goes that extra. Lots of cars in the lot, but was not bother by any noise. Martha, the attendant at the continenal breakfast was very kind and went out of her way to make sure a got breakfast ( I have very nasty food allergies). She checked ingredients and got me a fruit cup as well as some oatmeal. Wished I could have one of the fresh waffles, as they looked fantastic!!! The breakfast has make your own waffles, instant oatmeal, oranges, apples, fruit cups, yogurt, muffins, bagels and really good coffee!!!

I don’t know why the review score for this hotel was not high. In my opinion, I believe this hotel deserves much higher credits. There are many highlights for this hotel: 1. The breakfast is great! 2. The swimming pool is great, clean and warm. The spa was out of service when I was there, but it’s not a big deal. 3. Big shout out to the ladies working at front desk and the breakfast area. They are super nice and friendly. My family had a great time staying in this hotel. Highly recommended! We will come back next year when we go to sauble beach. One thing I want to mention, this hotel is not a new building, so it may look old inside, but it’s clean and provides everything you need.

Staff were super friendly and accommodating. The lady working the breakfast was so friendly and very diligent with her work. The location was central to our needs and getting in and out of the downtown was simple and a cheap taxi away and not a bad walk, downhill anyway. Uphill home you may want a taxi.

The room was very comfortable. The coffee maker , fridge and the microwave were very nice amenities. It was very quiet and the hotel was close to shopping and sights of interest. The staff was very conscious of Covid-19 protocols and the cleanliness of the room was excellent.

Staff went out of their way to accommodate a perfect stay for self and 2 grandchildren. Breakfast is convenient and offers a reasonable variety. Waffle maker was a big hit with children. Salt water pool is always worth choosing this location. Komodo’s to Quality Inn
